Hey, I'm Jordin! Brand & Showit Web Designer

VIP Design Days for Your Growing Business

That Design To-Do List Isn't Going to Finish Itself.

Website updates, new pages, design tweaks, and those technical issues you've been meaning to figure out for months. Hand them over to me, and let's see how much we can knock out in one focused half or full day.

Book Your VIP Day

You know what needs to get done. You just haven't had the time to do it.

Maybe it's a set of branded social media templates, a new sales page, some marketing materials you've been meaning to create, or a handful of website updates that keep getting pushed to next week.

Or maybe it's something a little more technical that you don't have the time (or patience) to figure out yourself.

Whatever it is, those little projects have a way of piling up. And before you know it, you've spent another weekend messing around in Canva, troubleshooting your website, or trying to make something look the way you pictured it in your head.

You don't need to hire someone for a massive project. You just need someone who can jump in and get things done.

That's where my VIP Days come in.

Let's Get to Work

VIP Day Intensive

Have a handful of design projects you've been putting off? Or one bigger task you'd rather hand over to someone who knows what they're doing? A VIP Day gives you dedicated time with me to tackle your priorities without committing to a larger design package.

Your to-do list. My undivided attention. Let's get to work.

You've got a growing list of design or technical projects that need attention, but finding the time to actually do them is another story. Maybe you need branded social media templates, a few updates to your website, some marketing materials, or a little help polishing up your existing branding.

You don't necessarily need a complete rebrand or website redesign. You just need an experienced designer who can jump in, figure things out, and get some serious work done.

This is for you If:

-

- Dedicated one-on-one design and development time
- A pre-project questionnaire to understand your goals and priorities
- Review and prioritization of your project wishlist
- Graphic design, branding, website design, or technical support based on your needs
- Direct communication with me throughout your session
- Completed design files and deliverables from our session
- A summary of completed work and any recommended next steps

Have a longer list than we can realistically tackle in one session? No problem! We'll prioritize your most important projects and discuss booking additional time if needed.

Many of my clients actually book multiple VIP Days back-to-back for larger projects. And here's a little perk: once you've completed your first VIP Day, you're considered a returning client, which means you'll receive my repeat-client discount on your second day!

VIP Days are booked by time rather than by deliverables, so I'll help you figure out what's realistic before we get started.

Investment:

$500 half day/$900 full day

Check That Off Your List!

Hey, I'm Jordin! Your Designer for the Day.

I've spent over a decade working on branding, websites, and all the little design and technical details that come with running a business. And if there's one thing I've learned, it's that not every project needs to turn into a weeks-long production.

Sometimes you just need someone who can jump in, figure things out, and get to work.

I'm also a pretty textbook Type A perfectionist, which is probably why I love VIP Days so much. Give me a to-do list, a deadline, and a few hours to focus, and I'm a happy camper. But as much as I love checking things off a list, I care just as much about the experience you have working with me.

That's why every VIP Day comes with a shared task board where you can see exactly what I'm working on, what's finished, and what's up next. No guessing where things stand or wondering what you're paying for. Just clear communication, a whole lot of productivity, and me making sure the details are done right.

"If you’re looking for someone with a great design eye who can translate your ideas into a polished final product, I highly recommend working with her.

I hired Jordin from Unica Formo to update several pages on my website, and the experience was excellent. She asked thoughtful questions, understood the design aesthetic I wanted to maintain, and transformed my text-heavy pages into ones that flow beautifully and feel fully integrated with the rest of my site. I also appreciated how thoughtful she was throughout the process, she even identified additional opportunities to improve the site that I hadn’t initially considered. Everything was delivered in a timely and professional way. If you’re looking for someone with a great design eye who can translate your ideas into a polished final product, I highly recommend working with her.

"I am so thankful for my experience with Jordin both times I have worked with her now"

Jordin has been such a breath of fresh air! I paid a lot of money to have my website done by someone else a few years ago and have slowly realized a lot of it was done incorrectly + Jordin has patiently worked with me to rebuild it + make sure everything is done correctly. I have not one time questioned if she would have stuff done on time, correctly or if she would skimp at all! I am so thankful for my experience with Jordin both times I have worked with her now. I feel so much more confident in my website + am thrilled with the results! Thank you, Jordin!

"She was timely, professional, supportive, and an absolute pleasure to work with."

I had an amazing experience working with Jordin on updating and optimizing my website. She was incredibly easy to work with, always patient, and truly went above and beyond. Not only did she help me improve my SEO and set up Google Analytics, but she also got my blog up and running and answered all 800 of my questions.
I already had a website built in ShowIt, and her expertise with the platform made the whole process so easy; she completed everything I wanted in just 1.5 days, something that would have taken me weeks. She even created helpful instructional videos so I could confidently manage tasks on my own.

She was timely, professional, supportive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable website developer!

"Her process is thoughtful, strategic, and client-centered, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for clarity, honesty, and high-level execution."

Working with Unica Formo was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Jordin provided a comprehensive evaluation of what was working well and what needed improvement, along with clear tutorials and explanations of what Google is actually looking for.

Jordin was very transparent about the time and attention the project would require, and her timeline was accurate from start to finish. There was no pressure to sign a contract or move forward before I was ready, which made the entire experience feel respectful and trustworthy.

I’m truly grateful for Jordin's expertise, transparency, and guidance.

Frequently Asked Questions

VIP Days are perfect for design and technical projects that don't necessarily require a full branding or website package. Think social media templates, marketing materials, adding new branding elements, Showit website updates, new pages, technical troubleshooting, and all those little projects you've been putting off.

You can book a VIP Day for one larger task or a whole list of smaller ones. And while I work exclusively with Showit for website-related projects, you don't need to have a Showit website to hire me for graphic design work!

If you're looking for a complete brand identity or a fully custom website, one of my larger design packages will probably make more sense. Not sure? Tell me what you're working on, and I'll point you in the right direction.

A half-day VIP session is four hours for $500, while a full day is eight hours for $900.

Half days are great for smaller projects, a handful of website updates, a small package of social media templates, or one focused design task. Full days give us more time for involved projects or a longer list of things you'd like to tackle.

Before booking, we'll go over your punch list together, and I'll give you a realistic estimate of how much time everything will take. I'm also happy to suggest scaling something back, rearranging priorities, or focusing on a different task if I think it'll give you more value for your investment. I'm not going to recommend a full day if I think we can get everything done in four hours!

You'd be surprised! But the answer really depends on what we're working on.

A set of social media templates is very different from designing a landing page or troubleshooting a complicated website issue. Some clients book me for one larger project, while others have a list of smaller tasks that I can work through in order of priority.

VIP Days are time-based, not deliverable-based. You're booking four or eight hours of dedicated design and development time, rather than a guaranteed number of completed projects.

That said, I've been doing this long enough that I'm pretty good at estimating how much time a project will take. I'll review your list beforehand, talk through what's realistic, and be upfront about what I think we can accomplish.

And if I underestimate the time something takes? That's on me. I'm not going to charge you extra because I miscalculated the work we already agreed on.

A little preparation goes a long way!

Once you're booked, you'll get access to your project hub and a questionnaire where I'll gather the details of your project, your priorities, and anything I need to know before getting started.

Depending on what we're working on, I'll also need your brand assets, copy, photography, inspiration, and any necessary website or platform access. I'll let you know exactly what to provide and when it's due.

The more prepared we are ahead of time, the more of your VIP Day I can spend actually designing and developing instead of tracking down missing information.

Yes, but it's much more laid-back than you might think!

You can absolutely do school pickup, run to the grocery store, take your gym class, or go about your normal day. I'm not going to be sitting at my computer frantically waiting for you to respond to every little question.

I'll check in when I need feedback or approval, and if you're busy, I can usually move on to another task in the meantime. You'll also have access to our shared task board, so you can pop in whenever you'd like to see what's finished, what I'm working on, and what's coming up next.

I just ask that you're reachable at some point throughout the day so we don't get completely stuck waiting on something important.

And if we've worked together a few times already? You might not need to be available much at all! Once I know your business, your preferences, and how you like things done, I can often take care of everything without much back-and-forth. We'll talk about that before booking.

Absolutely! VIP Days aren't just for websites.

I can help with branded social media templates, marketing materials, business cards, PDFs, welcome guides, pricing guides, presentations, refreshing elements of your existing branding, and all sorts of other graphic design projects.

The main distinction is scope. If you're looking for a comprehensive brand identity with strategy, logo development, and a complete visual identity, that's a much bigger project and would fall under my full branding services.

But if you've got a graphic design project (or five!) that you need help knocking out, a VIP Day could be exactly what you're looking for.

I'm actually pretty good at estimating how long projects will take. After more than a decade of doing this, I've gotten a pretty solid handle on what's realistic within a certain amount of time.

Before we ever book your VIP Day, I'll review your entire punch list and give you an estimate of how long I expect everything to take. If you've got two or three days' worth of work on your list, I'm going to tell you that upfront. I won't let you book a single day thinking we're going to accomplish something that I already know isn't realistic.

And if you have more work you'd like to tackle, you're always welcome to book additional VIP Days! Once you've completed your first session, you'll also qualify for my returning-client discount on your next VIP Day.

Of course! Feedback and refinements are part of the process.

I'll check in with you as needed throughout the day so we can make adjustments while we're working. That's one reason I ask clients to be available during their session.

Just keep in mind that revisions count toward your booked time. The more changes we make to one project, the less time we'll have for the remaining tasks on your list.

I'll always do my best to help you prioritize so we can use our time wisely and get everything as close to finished as possible.

I only take on a limited number of VIP Days each month so I can give every project my full attention. If you have a specific deadline or launch date in mind, I'd recommend reaching out sooner rather than later.

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your VIP Day, with the remaining 50% due at the end of your session once the work is completed.

Once you're officially booked, you'll receive your onboarding materials, project questionnaire, and everything you need to prepare for our day together.

Once our session wraps up, I'll send over the completed design files, website updates, or other deliverables from our time together.

You'll also receive a recap of what we accomplished and any recommendations for remaining tasks or future updates.

And if another project comes up a few weeks or months later, you're always welcome to book another VIP Day. I work with plenty of returning clients who use these sessions to keep their branding, marketing materials, and websites updated as their businesses grow.

You Bring the To-Do List. I'll Handle the Rest.

That list of projects you've been meaning to get around to? Let's finally do something about it.

Whether you've got one bigger project or a dozen little things that keep getting pushed to the bottom of your list, tell me what you're working on. I'll help you figure out what's realistic, how much time we'll need, and the best place to start.

Let's get it done
