For The Balance Reset, the goal was to transform a Showit template into a calm, emotionally supportive online space that reflects Danna Campbell’s structured approach to burnout recovery and sustainable balance for high-performing women. This project focused on refining the website strategy, messaging, and user experience so visitors immediately feel understood, supported, and guided toward the right next step.

The Balance Reset was an emerging brand with a strong, clearly defined mission, but it had not yet been fully translated into a cohesive digital presence.
While the founder had already developed a powerful value proposition; helping high-performing women recover from burnout, overwhelm, and chronic overload, the brand was still in its early stages of execution. The website needed to serve as the first strategic expression of that vision.
One of the key challenges was that the founder had attempted to customize her Showit template independently, but found it difficult to translate her ideas into a structured, scalable website system. As a result, the site lacked clarity in messaging hierarchy and wasn’t yet positioned to support the depth or direction of the brand as it evolved.
At the same time, the business itself was intentionally designed for growth from day one — with future plans for a podcast, digital courses, and a structured coaching intensive. This meant the website needed to be built not just for where the brand was now, but where it was clearly heading.
Most importantly, the experience needed to reflect the emotional state of the target audience: high-performing women experiencing burnout and mental overload. Without clarity and structure, the website risked adding to the very overwhelm it was meant to help solve.
The approach focused on building a strong, scalable foundation for a brand in its early stage of growth, with clarity and simplicity as the guiding principles.
Rather than over-designing or overloading the site with features, the strategy centered on translating a high-impact message into a clean, intentional structure that could grow alongside the business. The goal was to establish a clear, strategic site structure that communicates purpose quickly and effectively for a new brand still building awareness, while refining messaging so it clearly articulates who the brand serves, what transformation it provides, and how users can engage with it.
From a technical and strategic standpoint, the website was designed with future scalability in mind, ensuring it could seamlessly expand into podcasts, courses, and coaching programs without requiring a full rebuild later. At the same time, the brand’s clinical, structured methodology was translated into simple, emotionally resonant language that feels supportive rather than overwhelming, aligning with the lived experience of the target audience.
Every decision was made to support a user experience that mirrors the outcome of the brand itself: calm, clarity, and reduced mental load. The overall intention was to ensure the website felt like a confident first step; not a placeholder, but a strategic launchpad for a brand built to grow.
"I reached out to several web designers with Showit/Tonic experience. Jordin's professional approach combined with approach, timing, price and her portfolio is what sold me on Unica Formo. I have limited time due to a full-time job while I am trying to get this business started and Jordin's approach is so organized. She provided me tasks with deadlines, ongoing short instructional videos and she met her proposed deadline. She was available for any and all questions I had and I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone who needs a beautiful website built for their business."
