The Challenge
This website design project focused on creating a refined, elevated online presence for HDS Design Company, a luxury design-build firm specializing in full-home renovations.
While HDS had an established reputation and a strong portfolio of work, the previous website did not fully communicate the depth of their services or the difference between interior design and a fully integrated design-build approach. The goal was to create a website that showcased their ability to rethink layout, scale, and flow while guiding clients through every stage of a renovation.
The challenge was finding the balance between showcasing beautiful project imagery and creating a website that actively communicated the value behind the work. Rather than functioning as a simple portfolio, the new website needed to educate potential clients, build trust, and help homeowners understand why HDS’s process is different.
The existing website also needed stronger SEO foundations. We refined the on-page strategy by improving content structure, keyword alignment, page hierarchy, and overall user experience to better support search visibility and connect HDS with the right clients.
The result is a website that reflects the quality of HDS Design Company’s work while creating a clear, strategic path for potential clients to understand their services and take the next step.

The goal of this project was to create a website that felt as elevated and intentional as the homes HDS Design Company creates.
We approached the design with a focus on letting the photography lead while building a structure that supports the story behind each project. Rather than overwhelming visitors with information, the website guides potential clients through HDS’s services, process, and expertise in a way that feels clear and natural.
Visually, we created a refined, editorial-inspired experience that reflects the level of craftsmanship behind the brand. A neutral color palette, thoughtful typography, and spacious layouts allow each project to shine while creating a sense of sophistication and calm.
The website strategy focused on combining strong visual storytelling with intentional content. Each page was designed to highlight key services, answer common client questions, and create a stronger foundation for search visibility through strategic page structure and SEO-focused copy.
The final result is a website that feels like an extension of HDS Design Company itself, bringing together timeless design, clear messaging, and a seamless experience for homeowners ready to begin their next project.
