The Story Behind the Work
Olivia’s brand, The Inner Work, reflects her dual identity as a licensed therapist and a public-facing mental health educator. Her practice blends relational, client-centered therapy with a mission to make mental health more accessible—and she needed a digital space that could hold both sides of her work seamlessly.
Her previous site didn’t capture the clarity, calm, or professionalism she brings to every session and speaking engagement. It lacked cohesion, didn’t speak directly to high-achieving clients, and offered little reassurance to media professionals seeking a trusted expert. The goal was to create a thoughtful, intentional website that balanced authority with approachability and invited visitors into a space that felt grounding, supportive, and immediately trustworthy.

The website was designed to do more than list services—it needed to feel like the experience Olivia provides in person: calm, spacious, and quietly powerful. Every element—from layout and navigation to language and imagery—was selected to reflect her values: warmth, hope, non-judgment, and professionalism.
We structured the site to serve both therapy clients and media collaborators with clarity and ease. Intuitive pathways guide visitors through services, background, and contact information without overwhelm, while muted tones, organic textures, and ample white space create a grounded, reflective feel. The result is a digital presence that positions Olivia as both a trusted therapist and a go-to mental health consultant—reassuring, approachable, and ready to facilitate meaningful connections both in session and in the spotlight.
