Bringing the In-Salon Experience Online
A. Duvall Co was built on deep relationships, intentional care, and a sense of belonging, but Andrea’s previous online presence didn’t fully capture that experience. The salon itself felt warm, elevated, and personal, yet the website fell flat, making it difficult for visitors to understand the collective, explore services, or feel that same sense of connection before booking.
As a beauty collective rooted in individualized care, Andrea needed a site that reflected the way clients actually feel when they walk through the doors: welcomed, supported, and at ease. With a multi-generational clientele and a team of independent female artists, clarity was key; guests needed to quickly understand what A. Duvall Co offers, how to book, and why this space feels different from a traditional salon.
The goal was to create a website that felt just like the salon itself — calm, modern, and human — while building trust, guiding visitors with ease, and setting the tone for an elevated yet approachable experience from the very first click.
Designing a Salon Experience Online
We built A. Duvall Co’s website on Showit to capture the warmth, ease, and elevated care clients experience in the salon. The platform gives Andrea and her team complete creative control, allowing the brand to grow and evolve without technical headaches or limitations.
Every page was designed for clarity and flow, helping visitors easily explore services, meet the collective, and book appointments with confidence. Soft neutrals, clean layouts, and thoughtful copy create a calm, approachable feel while maintaining a polished, high-end aesthetic. The website mirrors the unhurried, personalized attention clients receive in the salon, making the online experience feel just as welcoming.
Behind the scenes, the site is built to support growth. Andrea can add new stylists, expand services, and showcase updates effortlessly, ensuring the platform grows alongside the business. The final result is a website that feels as intentional, professional, and inviting as the in-salon experience itself, helping clients feel seen, cared for, and excited to return.
I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Jordin! She made the process so fun and easy and I loved the Branding & Design Workbook questionnaire she had me answer. It honestly helped me create a clearer picture of what I wanted my salon to look and feel like and she encapsulated every bit of it.
